CNY Arts Center Second Annual Arts Fest a Success!

Despite heavy rains more than 60 artists and crafters filled the Fulton War Memorial Ice Arena Saturday for CNY Arts Center’s second annual Arts Fest with a wide variety of handmade original art. Merry Mischief Minstrels strolled through the crowds keeping the atmosphere lively.
