- Oswego County Opportunities’ Cancer Services Program wrapped up its Colorectal Cancer Awareness month campaign by creating the first-ever human blue ribbon in Oswego County. The Oswego High School Chamber Singers, under the direction of Veronica Shaver, will be traveling to Annapolis, Maryland, April 7-10 to participate in the Heritage Music Festival.
