New York Lottery Awards $250,000 Cash Prize To Oswego Mega Millions Winner

The New York Lottery today announced the name of a Oswego Mega Millions player who won $250,000 in the drawing held on November 12th. The winner, Helen Tweedie, purchased the winning ticket at the Clarence Travel Plaza at 4002 Ransom Rd in Clarence.
