Oriental Black Ink Painting Class Set

An introduction to Sumi-E (Oriental black ink painting) will be offered at Faith United Church, 12 Mark Fitzgibbons Drive, Oswego, on September 25 from 6:30 – 8 p.m. and again on September 26 from 1:30 – 3 p.m.

Readers Announce This Year’s Selections

The Resurrection Readers book club is up and running for this year with a monthly selection of books to discuss. It will meet Wednesday, Oct. 2, at the Church of the Resurrection in Oswego to discuss the “Educated” by Tara Westover.

Oswego BOE To Meet

The Oswego City School District will hold a Policy Committee meeting and a board of education meeting on September 17. The Policy Committee will meet at 4:30 p.m. with the board meeting following at 5 p.m.
