Mexico High School  hosted the 2019 National Art and Math Honor Inductions Ceremony, where dozens were welcomed into the prestigious societies and given their honor cords. The ceremony was held in the school’s auditorium April 8.

It will be at 3 p.m. at the Oswego High School in room 172.The public is welcome to attend.

To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must achieve an average of 3.0 to 3.99 for the semester and complete 12 credit hours.

The First United Methodist Church in Oswego at 7111 Route 104 West will again be the site for The Snowbelters Barbershop Chapter Spring Show.

In an effort to get students excited about reading, the Michael A. Maroun Elementary Parent-Faculty Organization recently sponsored a family literacy night.

The Hannibal Historical Society will host a field trip to visit the Sterling Museum on April 22. To join a car pool to the museum, meet at the Hannibal Community Center at 6 p.m.
