Paul Stewart and Stephen Phillips received honorary Rotarian memberships at this week’s Changing of the Guard ceremony for the Oswego Rotary Club. The co-founders of the Oswego Renaissance Association promote the development, restoration, and preservation of healthy, vibrant neighborhoods and communities in Oswego.

Genevive Christie, of Fulton, graduated from Bismarck State College with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Electric Power Technology during the college’s 78th commencement ceremony on May 11 at the Bismarck Event Center.
