Fulton State Police are searching for 26-year-old Kevin C. Ford of Hannibal. He was reported missing by family members on November 19, when he didn’t show up at work.

After discussing the possibility to switch to LED street lights for years for the sake of cost savings, National Grid has given city of Fulton officials approval to begin the conversion. Fulton City Clerk Daniel O’Brien said National Grid gave a tentative start date between November 28 and December 5 to begin converting the first phase of street lights throughout the city.

Negotiations between the City of Fulton and the Civil Service Employee Association (CSEA) have come to an end as a tentative four-year contract has been unanimously approved by the Fulton Common Council.

The Fulton Police Department today (November 15) arrested Robert J. Nelson 37, of Cayuga Street, Fulton, for endangering the welfare of a child and attempted/forcible touching.

Deputies arrested Timothy R. Moss, 29, of 414 Oneida St., Fulton, at 6:20 p.m. on Wednesday (November 14). He was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property (credit card), 4th degree, a class E felony; Forgery, 2nd degree, a class D felony and Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony. The arrest stems from the investigation into four separate incidents that occurred in the town of Scriba, city of Oswego and city of Fulton.
