UPDATED: Dr. Dilip K. Roy, former Fulton doctor at his family owned practice FastCare Family Medical plead not guilty Tuesday to his indictment charges. He was previously indicted on two counts of rape in the third degree, according to Assistant District Attorney, Allison O’Neill. Dr. Roy is now facing new charges as well after a second arrest today in relation to a different occurrence.
