Governor Andrew Cuomo’s State of the State message was long and detailed. It discussed a lot of issues. But not all of them.
So when a member of his cabinet came to Fulton on Friday to present the local version of the Governor’s message, local officials pounced with questions about some of the things left out of the speech.
Unseasonably warm Saturday with highs in the 50s; Sunday’s high could be near 60.
It will be even milder on Friday. There is a good chance for rain showers as well.
A mix of sun and clouds Thursday. Slightly cooler, near 40.

David Hawthorne was sworn in Tuesday night as Fulton’s next City Court Judge.
The swearing-in was ceremonial; Hawthorne has already begun work. He joked that the first few days had been a “trial by fire” and thanked the court staff for being patient with him.
