Driver of ATV arrested for Felony DWI After Pursuit

A trooper observed an ATV northbound on County Route 7 and attempted to pull it over. However, the  ATV failed to comply and continued ending up on Rathburn Road, according to police. A short time later, the ATV and the driver were located hiding behind a house on Rathburn Road.

Ammonia Leak Forces People From Their Homes Near Birds-Eye Plant

Jacqueline Zaborowski cradles her foster cat, Seven, while Brenda Capron reads a magazine at the Fulton Community Center.  The city opened the room for people evacuated from the area around the ammonia leak at the former Birds-Eye frozen food plant.Ammonia leaked from a pipe at the former Birds-Eye plant in Fulton Thursday night, forcing the evacuation of homes in the area.  The city opened its community room as a shelter, and two people took the city up on its offer.
