Fulton Public Works Commissioner Dan O’Brien is on leave and in a rehab facility following his recent arrest for alleged drunken driving, according to Fulton’s Mayor.
Wow, it was another dry day (well, OK it was humid – but rain free). How much longer can this streak last?

We’ve had three days in a row without any rain. Today could make it four. However, it might be so hot and muggy some might not mind if it rained a little bit.
She will host a career, resource expo in Fulton on Thursday. The event will pair employers and agencies to get Oswego County residents hired. “We’ve begun to see signs of recovery,” she said.
