You can make a difference by embracing radical openness. By radical openness, I mean that you should let the public see everything in time for them to be able to act on what they see and provide you with feedback. You don’t do these things now, but you can, and you should.

Oswego received just a trace of snow on March 13. The monthly total stands at 4.0 inches and the winter season to 176.5 inches.

Mark Grandazzo, of 405 Oneida St., Fulton, was arrested on March 11 at approximately 1:15 p.m., following an on-going drug investigation by the City of Fulton Police Department. Chrystal Recore, also residing at 405 Oneida St., was arrested during the execution of the search warrant. Police say she did knowingly conduct and maintain her residence where persons came and gathered for the purpose of engaging in the unlawful sale of controlled substances.
Village of Phoenix Police Chief Rod Carr died this morning, officials say.
He suffered a heart attack at home.
Carr began his career as a news anchor on what was then WIXT, Channel 9. He became spokesman for the Syracuse Police Department under then-Chief of Police Thomas Sardino.
Carr lived in Clay with his wife.
