UPDATE – The pedestrian has died, police said.

At about 12:10 p.m. today, Nov. 5,, members of the Oswego City Police Department responded to West Seventh Street and State Route 104 in the city a personal injury motor vehicle accident involving one vehicle and a pedestrian.  All persons are asked to avoid the area at this time.

Governor Andrew Cuomo today, Oct. 31, announced the state is providing $43 million to advance 31 projects in Oswego and Cayuga counties as part of the first round of funding under the Lake Ontario Resiliency and Economic Development Initiative. The Port City secured $12.6 million in grant funding from the program.
