Thomas C. Albertson, 23, of Camp Lejeune and 471 Hall Road, New Milford, Pa., was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon Sunday morning at SUNY Oswego. University Police observed his unlocked pickup truck with the back window partly open and a weapon visible inside at about 7:30 a.m. in Lot 11 on campus.

Mikeal J. Steinberg, 19, of 4804 North Star Blvd., Liverpool, was arrested for third-degree grand larceny. He allegedly participated with three others in the theft of jewelry and a canoe from a residence.
