The New York State Police in Pulaski conducted an investigation in conjunction with the Office of Court Administration regarding the theft/misappropriation of funds from the Town of Parish Court.
Following an audit conducted by the Office of Court Administration, it was determined that funds in excess of $4,000 were missing from the court.

Assemblyman Will Barclay has introduced two bills in his continued effort to support the nuclear power industry and keep the FitzPatrick nuclear power plant operational. The Oswego Fire Department battled a difficult structure fire Thursday evening (Jan. 28) in an apartment house at 194 W. Fifth St. A firefighter suffered a minor injury at the fire, and was checked and released. No civilian injuries were reported.
