Services to Aid Families provides crisis intervention and support to local survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other related crimes, such as stalking. The mission of SAF is to assist and empower victims of physical, sexual, and/or emotional violence as well as to mobilize a coordinated community-wide response to those issues.

State Police in Fulton are investigating a four-vehicle crash, that occurred shortly before 10:30 a.m. Jan. 3, involving a marked State Police patrol car, on State Route 104 in the Town of Oswego.
A 1999 Chevrolet Prism was being driven south on Route 104 by 55-year-old James T. Iorizzo of Oswego when the vehicle lost control, crossed over into the north lane of traffic striking a 2008 Jeep Liberty, police said. Mr. Iorizzo was transported by Menter Ambulance to Oswego Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The popular Pakistani Halal chicken products manufacturer is ready to do business in Fulton. The company has reopened the former BirdsEye plant and already employs more than 40 workers. They hope to have 183 by their third year of operation.

Ron Kaplewicz was re-elected council president. Eric VanBuren was named council vice president, the position Mike Myers held last year. However, the votes weren’t unanimous. Councilor Shawn Walker voted no on both. It wasn’t about the person, rather the salary increase for each of the positions, he explained.
The State Police in Fulton are seeking the public’s help in any new leads regarding a man missing from the town of Scriba since June of 2012. John T. Humphrey, would be 50 years old (DOB: 11/21/63). Humphrey was last seen wearing jeans and a gray sweatshirt. He is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and weighs approximately 120 pounds.
