A Fulton student is headed to the SkillsUSA national competition taking place June 24-28 in Kansas City. If he wins there – he’s bound for the world competition in London. “What’s unique about SkillsUSA, is that it’s the only student organization that has business and industry partners,” said Ron Camp, director of Career and Technical Education and Alternative Programs.
A celebration of academic success was conducted recently to honor Oswego Middle School seventh and eighth graders. In January 2012, the death of Brian Dodge came as a shock to the Fulton City School District. Dodge retired in 2010 after 32 years teaching Health Education, as well as coaching boys’ cross-country.
