Fulton Board of Education Approves New Scholarship

In January 2012, the death of Brian Dodge came as a shock to the Fulton City School District. Dodge retired in 2010 after 32 years teaching Health Education, as well as coaching boys’ cross-country. At Tuesday’s board of education meeting the board unanimously approved the implementation of the Brian Dodge Memorial Scholarship Award.

Fulton Memorial Day Salute Draws Large Crowd, Despite Cool Temperatures

This family wouldn't miss the parade no matter the weatherDespite cooler than normal temperatures for May, people lined the streets in Fulton on Saturday to take in the Memorial Day Parade. Wrapped in blankets and sweatshirts families set up their folding chairs and waited for the lights and sirens from Fulton Police Department signifying the start of the show.
