Alice B. Blum, 86, of Oswego NY passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 5 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease while under the compassionate care of the providers at St. Luke’s Health Services in Oswego.  

Norma Joy (Sutherland) Church, 96, went home to the Lord on Sunday March 29, 2020.
