Much has been written recently about the election for the Oswego County Court Judge position this autumn. I encourage voters to realize and seriously consider the issue of a potential conflict of interest.

A participant’s abrupt exit from a public meeting typically is a statement in and of itself. It remains that it can be subject to diverse interpretation. I want to clarify reasons for my precipitous exit from the Aug. 24 Board of Education meeting.
Not Really Fighting for their Homes: Bion response to a Posting by the Citizens for Family Farms: 08-28-2010
No doubt Ms. Hall and the CFF believe that they are fighting for their homes based on the examples they cite. Unfortunately those examples simply do not represent Bion’s project nor do they reflect the substantial safeguards that Bion’s proven waste treatment technology and professional operating protocols provide.

Bion continues to overlook the fact that their technology is not the primary bone of contention in respect to the opposition of this project. Most people agree that the technology will be a great improvement over what is now being done. However, as before, Bion has missed the point.
