Oswego Health General Surgeon Yuriy Zhurov is now offering office hours at the Pulaski Health Center at 61 Delano St. in the village. Dr. Zhurov received his medical degree from Kharkiv National Medical University and a Ph.D. from the Institute of General and Emergency Surgery in Ukraine.
