The Manor at Seneca Hill is now offering a program that is allowing community members to earn a Certified Nursing Assistant certification. The Manor’s six-week CNA comprehensive program is approved by the NYS Department of Health and includes 56 hours of theory, 74 lab hours and 110 clinical hours.

Oswego Health Surgeon to Hold Office Hours in Pulaski
Oswego Health General Surgeon Yuriy Zhurov is now offering office hours at the Pulaski Health Center at 61 Delano St. in the village. Dr. Zhurov received his medical degree from Kharkiv National Medical University and a Ph.D. from the Institute of General and Emergency Surgery in Ukraine.
