In less than two months, the grounds of Oswego Speedway will be invaded by with racecars, drivers, crew members, and DIRTcar Racing fans attending the 46th annual NAPA Auto Parts Super DIRT Week at Oswego Speedway from October 1-8. Racing’s Biggest Party attracts thousands of fans and competitors from all over the country, all of whom contribute multi-millions of dollars to the local economy.
A new Women’s Handicap Bowling League is forming in Fulton. Competition is set every Thursday beginning at 7 p.m. at Lakeview Lanes located at 723 West Broadway beginning September 7, 2017 and running for 30 weeks. Each team is composed of three members, each bowling three games per week.
The past two weeks of excitement at Oswego Speedway have just about decided two new track champions as the speedway’s regular racing program for 2017, believe it or not, comes to a close this Saturday on $5 ‘Fan Appreciation’ Track Championship Night presented by Bosco’s and U-Pull U-Save.

On a night that is always known to play a pivotal role in the outcome of the driver’s championship for the Pathfinder Bank SBS division, it was not any of the top three championship contenders, but two former champions and series veterans in Kreig Heroth and Mike Bond going to victory lane.
Heavy rains moved over the Fulton Speedway this afternoon saturating the speedway forcing track officials to cancel Saturday, August 12, racing program. Billy Whittaker Cars & Trux $20 Car Load and Fan Fest has been moved to Saturday, August 19.
Only two events remain on Oswego Speedway’s 2017 schedule with this Saturday’s program highlighting Twin 20 Pathfinder Bank Small Block Super mains as well as a 50-lap Novelis Supermodified feature event presented by CNY CPR and OswegoCountyToday.com. The Twin SBS mains will no doubt play a key role in who will be declared this year’s track champion.
The leader of lap 100 in this September’s 61st annual Budweiser International Classic 200 for Novelis Supermodifieds at Oswego Speedway will once again earn an extra $1,500 in cash thanks to Insinger Performance.
This Saturday night, August 12, load the family into your car or truck and get in for just $20 (passenger sized vehicles) to see a night of side-by-side dirt track racing on the Fulton Speedway “Highbanks.”
