Oswego Speedway’s popular Price Chopper ‘Tickets to Go’ program continues in 2015 with discounted advance sale adult tickets on sale at all Price Chopper Supermarkets locations. The Speedway and Price Chopper have teamed to offer this special discount for several regular season events at the fast 5/8 mile oval this season.

You know a great night of racing is in store when the clay-slinging, high-speed 360 Sprint Cars and the ground-shaking 800-horsepower Tracey Road Equipment Big Block Modifieds share top billing on the “Highbanks” of the Fulton Speedway.

Some 120 entries once again filed through the Oswego Kartway gates on Friday night with Jamie Shutts driving away to his first career Kartway victory in the stout Clone Heavy division. Shutts started on pole position by virtue of winning his qualifying heat race and went on to lead all 25-laps of the Spring Championship main event over former Kartway champions Joe Hayden and Dan Kapuscinski.

The first of three NYDKS qualifying events at Oswego Kartway will take place this Friday with the running of the Spring Championship at the ‘Bullring.’ Oswego Kartway has teamed with the state wide New York Dirt Kart Series (NYDKS), to conduct the first of three state series qualifying events Friday night for drivers in Jr. Purple Clone, Sr. Blue Clone, Clone Light, Clone Heavy, as well as Stock Light.

Oswego Speedway’s Spring Championship is set for Saturday at the ‘Steel Palace’ with Otto Sitterly and Andrew Schartner leading the way in the early Road to the Championship standings.

Oswego Kartway returned to action on Friday following a week off due to mother nature, and it was Paul Fountaine scoring big, collecting two main events on the night. Fountaine first drove to victory in the ever growing Clone 425 division, beating out top competitors Rick Raner and Jason Moll for the checkered flag behind the wheel of the No. 8F.

This Saturday night Tracey Road Equipment will present a night of exciting, family affordable, fun at the Fulton Speedway located on Route 57 just south of the city.
