Oswego Kartway returned to action Friday night with Nate Schultzkie, Nick Demling, and Paul Fountaine each collecting two victories in their respective divisions. A total of 107 entries took part in the racing action at the Kartway, setting a new overall attendance record.
The Novelis Supermodifieds will return to Oswego Speedway on Saturday for the fourth round of their Road to the Championship schedule as a part of Driver Autograph Night at the Speedway presented by Century 21 Galloway Realty and www.OswegoCountyToday.com.
The ‘Steel Palace’ could have been mistaken for a study hall Saturday night, as Oswego High School Buccaneer teenagers Anthony Losurdo and Camden Proud raced wheel to wheel in search of Turning Stone Resort Casino Victory Lane in the Pathfinder Bank Small Block Super division.
Matt Fink grabbed career win number two on the “High Banks” in the Tracey Road Equipment DIRTcar Modifieds. Jason Barney showed the way to victory lane as he dominated the Patriot Sprint Tour A-Main.

Announced in May, the Speedway has posted $2,500 in bonus money to the drivers with the fastest lap times of the season in ISMA Supermodified, Novelis Supermodified, and Pathfinder Bank Small Block Super competition at the Speedway.
For the first time since 2007, Oswego Speedway will award guaranteed starting positions to the top drivers in the Midwest Supermodified Association, the International Supermodified Association, the Novelis Supermodified division at the Speedway, and Oswego’s top Pathfinder Bank Small Block Super driver.
The first must see event of the summer is at the Fulton Speedway this Saturday, June 7th when A-Verdi Storage Containers and Penn Commercial Vehicle Solutions presents round one of the “Wings & Warriors” Series.
With a perfect weather forecast on tap for the weekend, Oswego Speedway’s Shea Concrete ‘Steel Palace’ ISMA Super Series will finally open for racing this Saturday presented by North Country Home Builders.
