The varsity hockey team scored a decisive 7-2 victory over host Whitesboro in the season opener on Tuesday night at the Whitetown Rink. Seven different Bucs put the puck in the net and teamwork was displayed with nine players earning assist.
The Fulton YMCA Speed Demons won their first meet of the swim season recently against the Oneida Dolphins.
During the meet, several Fulton swimmers qualified to compete in the New York YMCA State meet to be held in March 2012.
