Specter of rain hangs over Harborfest
Specter of rain hangs over Harborfest
Heat, humidity and in some places – thunderstorms to start the week.
We’re going to start seeing some relief as temperatures drop into the 80s.
The temperature reached 100 degrees only once officially in this area (July 1, 1878). Mr. Weatherman says some places today just might see triple digits.
It is humid . . . and it is going to be pushing 90 degrees again this week
It’ll be back in the upper 80s the rest of the week with little wind to help cool things.
More sun and warmer on Thursday
The sun will heat things up to a seasonable high this afternoon.
We could see record heat – and humidity – today. So, be careful out there!
