‘ZumbAtomic’ Time At Leighton

OSWEGO, NY – There was a celebration at the Frederick Leighton Elementary School.

Recently, a school-wide event was held with a PBIS celebration.

Many of the fifth and sixth grade students at Leighton School participated in “ZumbAtomic” with local dance instructor Natalie Kazarian Crisafulli.

This was the first experience with ZumbAtomic for many of the students.

Physical education teacher Deb Lavner said, “This is a fun and healthy program designed just for kids using the Zumba concept. The students learned fitness dances, played fun motivational games, and learned new rhythms and styles of music.”
