88 Steps” About The Refugees Landing In Oswego

FULTON – Herb Jerred visited the club recently and spoke about the history of the Safe Haven Museum in Oswego and the many books he had written especially his book “88 Steps” about the refugees landing in Oswego.  They were the only place in the United States that would accept the refugees. He will be speaking again on Oct 16th at the Pratt House  in Fulton.
