All Saints Episcopal Church will hold its 173rd Annual Meeting on Sunday, January 17th.
Members of this parish will receive committee reports regarding the ministry efforts of the parish for 2009.
Elections will also be held for one of the two warden positions (a two-year-term), an office that is currently held by Rebecca Johnson.
Three seats on the Vestry of the parish are also up for re-election. These seats are currently held by Lynn Bullard, Debbie Richardson and Sonja Shoen-Delong.
Polls will open at 9:00 AM with a worship service to be followed (the Rev. Harold Avery, Celebrant).
Brunch and the actual meeting will follow the worship service.
Only those eligible by Canon Law may cast a ballot, but this meeting is open to the public.
