Applications for Oswego County Agricultural District Accepted Jan. 1 to 31

 OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Agricultural District application process is now open for 2024. Landowners of predominantly viable agricultural land can submit an application to the Oswego County Legislature from Monday, Jan. 1 to Wednesday, Jan. 31. 

In accordance with Oswego County Resolution #4 of 2004, qualified property owners can take this opportunity to request that their property be included in the County’s agricultural district.

Completed applications should be submitted to Oswego County Clerk of the Legislature Betsy Sherman-Saunders at: 46 E. Bridge St., Oswego, N.Y. 13126.
