City of Oswego was just alerted that a road closure

 OSWEGO – The City of Oswego was just alerted that a road closure is necessary to offload equipment to the High Dam facility. 

Beginning at 1pm today, Wednesday, February 25, 2026, Route 48/West 1st Street will be closed from Burden Drive to Munn Street. The road closure is expected to last several hours. This is the extent of the information that the City of Oswego has at this time. 

Please avoid the area to ensure the safest and most timely offloading process.
