Civil War Discussion Group Launches March 17

OSWEGO COUNTY – Oswego County Historian Debra Allen announces the launch of a Civil War discussion group. The first meeting will begin at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 17 at the Oswego County Records Center, 384 E. River Rd., Oswego.

Natalie Woodall, of Oswego, will be at hand to talk about the Bowne family, which saw the father and all seven of his sons go off to join the war.
