OSWEGO COUNTY –The Oswego County Office for the Aging (OFA) announces that all home delivered meals routes are closed today, Jan. 2, due to inclement weather. The congregate dining site in Mexico is also closed today.
“Due to the heavy snowfall and dangerous road conditions in Oswego County, all home delivered meals routes are closed today,” said Oswego County OFA Director Sara Sunday. “Participants received shelf-stable meals in December, and we ask them to use those meals for today. The congregate dining sites in Fulton and Phoenix are still open today. However, we encourage residents to stay home due to the rapidly changing weather conditions.”
Both the Fulton and Phoenix congregate dining sites are open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today. The Fulton congregate dining site is located at the Fulton Municipal Building, 141 S. First St. The Phoenix congregate dining site is at the Congregational Church, located at 43 Bridge St.
