OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Veterans’ Services Agency (VSA) is experiencing technical issues related to its phone lines. VSA staff can hear callers on the telephone, but those callers cannot hear the staff.
The issue is being addressed by the telephone service company, New Castle. Until it is resolved, veterans and their families are encouraged to contact VSA by email at [email protected].
The VSA also reminds residents they can request appointment through the agency’s website at www.oswegocounty.com/veterans.
