Ringgold Fire Hall Hosts Stone Soup Event Sept. 18

OSWEGO COUNTY – The “Stone Soup Luncheon” returns to Pulaski to help support local families by providing them with nutritious meals. The event runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Ringgold Fire Company, 12 Lake St., Pulaski

The luncheon includes soup, salad, rolls and beverages; all provided by local businesses. Patrons are asked to contribute $5 along with a non-perishable food item. Proceeds and food donations directly support local food pantries, school backpack and other local relief programs that provide healthy, nutritious food for children and adults.

This year’s luncheon is sponsored by the Richard S. Shineman Foundation, Robert R. Edwards American Legion Post #358 and Dot Foods, Inc. Soups will be provided by 11 North Bar and Grill, Deja Brew Café, Artie’s Hometown Diner, The Eis House, the Make Sense Shop, Mill House Market, Pond Pit BBQ and Tailwater Lodge.
