FULTON – Anthony Carter, a senior at G. Ray Bodley High School, has been awarded a
Rosa Pappalardo Kemmis Memorial Scholarship by the Fulton Sunrise Rotary
Club.
He is the son of Kyle and Krista Wardhaugh. Anthony will be attending Finger Lakes Community College in the fall. He will be taking the exercise science/sports management program.
The Fulton Sunrise Rotary meets every Friday at 7 a.m. at Mimi’s.
