Hannibal, NY – Anthony House celebrated an important milestone recently with a special community event held at the Municipal Building in theVillage of Hannibal, drawing more than 50 attendees in support of the organization’s mission to provide compassionate end-of-life care in the region.

The event, hosted by Village of Hannibal Mayor Ron Greenleaf and his wife Dawn, brought together local leaders, supporters, and community members for an inspiring afternoon highlighting the future of Anthony House and its impact on the Hannibal community.

Guest speakers included Kateri Spinella, Executive Director of Anthony House; Brian Fite, Board Member and Director of Supportive Care; and Craig Polhamus, Architect for the project. Each shared their passion, vision, and updates regarding the planned hospice care facility, emphasizing the importance of expanding local access to quality, compassionate care.

“We are overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible show of support from the Hannibal community,” said Kateri Spinella. “Events like this not only bring awareness to our mission butalso build the foundation we need to make Anthony House a reality for those who need it most.”
