The concert was coordinated between APW’s band director Janet Fiacco and Sherburne-Earlville’s Middle School band director Jeffrey Manwaring.

Manwaring is a graduate of APW High School and was at one time employed by the APW District.

Performing for several classes from APW Elementary School, the bands each played two songs separately and then joined together as a large group to perform a combined concert.

Following the performance, the students spent time together to get to know one another and plans are under way for the APW students to travel later this year to Sherburne-Earlville for a similar joint exchange concert.
