PARISH – Students from Altmar-Parish-Williamstown Elementary School surprised parents with a dance performance to Ray Parker Junior’s top hit “Ghostbusters,” during the school’s annual Halloween Parade.

The dance was coordinated by APW Elementary School’s physical education teachers: Crystal Fallows, Dan Bryant and Kara Perkins.
The video can be viewed on the district’s website, www.apwschools.org.
Teachers and staff seemed to have almost as much fun as the students this year.

Principal Julie Woolson, Assistant Principal Heather Costello and school counselor Andrea Swan dressed as three blind mice and Principal Michael McAuliff as the farmer’s wife.
The APW Junior-Senior High School also got into the spirit, performing a band and chorus concert in costume.
Instrumental songs included the “Addams Family” theme song while vocal performances like “I’ve Got the World on a String” by Frank Sinatra wowed the audience.
