APW Weight Room Open for Public Use This Summer

The Altmar-Parish-Williamstown Weight Room and Fitness Center, located at the APW Junior/Senior High School will be open to the public starting this summer.

Hours of operation are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6. to 8 p.m.

The newly improved weight room/fitness center features a new treadmill, cardio bicycle, Expresso interactive exercise bike, free weights and weight training machines.

Children and adults in the APW community are welcome to utilize the weight training and fitness facility and interested persons will be asked to complete a consent form upon their first visit.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
