A group from ARC of Oswego County recently joined The Arc of Oneida-Lewis for their Run/Walk event in New Hartford, walking over a mile to raise awareness about individuals with disabilities.

The walk was one of many regional events happening in New York State this summer, leading up to a statewide walk to the Capitol steps in Albany on September 17.

Representatives from ARC of Oswego County will join ARC chapters from across New York State on that day, celebrating the 60th anniversary of NYSARC, the state organization, and showing their pride as a regional chapter of The Arc.

ARC of Oswego County is a not-for-profit organization that has been providing services to individuals with disabilities since 1955. missing or outdated ad config
