Barlow Speaks At Rotary Meeting

OSWEGO – Oswego Rotary recently hosted mayoral candidate Billy Barlow.

Barlow, Fifth Ward Councilor in the city of Oswego, is a life-long resident and hopes his bid for mayor of Oswego is a success.

He spoke of his desire to make Oswego a place to live, work, raise a family and someday retire.

Barlow desires to create job opportunities and expand on the city’s wealth of assets.

Barlow and his family have lived in the community for more than four decades.
