OSWEGO, NY -This is an open notice for the residents of the First Ward to be diligent in securing bicycles, scooters, and other toys, especially at night time.
There has been an increased report of thefts both during day time and night time, according to Connie Cosemento, First Ward councilor.
We are asking anyone who observes a suspicious activity to call the police as soon as possible.
Try to include a description with as many facts as possible.
If you have a missing bike or scooter, call the police station at 343-1212.
They have a collection of items that can be claimed if you can identify your own with a proper description.
