Belcher Marks One Decade With Oswego County

OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Government, Courts and Consumer Affairs Committee recognized Nancy Belcher for her 10 years of service with the county. Belcher is the deputy clerk of operations in the Oswego County Clerk’s Office.
