Bishop Cunningham Announces Appointment Of Priest For Phoenix Church

Syracuse, NY – Most Reverend Robert J. Cunningham, Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Syracuse, has announced the appointment of Rev. Philip Brockmyre as Pastor of St. Stephen Church in Phoenix. The appointment is effective as of September 28, 2009.

Father Brockmyre most recently has served as the Parochial Vicar at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Liverpool. He has also served as the Parochial Vicar of Holy Family in Syracuse and the Temporary Administrator at St. Mary’s Church in Oswego. Father Brockmyre was ordained on June 1, 2002.
