OSWEGO, NY – US Representative John Katko (24th District) stopped at the St. Luke healthcare campus in Oswego recently and received a warm welcome from residents and staff at Bishop’s Commons Enriched Housing Residence.

During his visit, Congressman Katko had a lively discussion with the large group of residents, family members and staff while covering issues and concerns affecting seniors and senior services in the area.
