Students in Robyn Yorker’s class and Mary Hirsh’s class in the Stepping Stones Day Program at Oswego County BOCES hosted a Mother’s Day brunch to celebrate and honor moms and special role models. Pictured is student Dakota Creller with his special guest, his mom Amanda Aikens. OCB students coordinated the details of the brunch, helped with the food preparations, and made special gifts for their invited guests. Creller and his classmates in Mrs. Yorker’s class made an acrostic poem using the letters of the word ‘Mother’ to start each line and describe the defining characteristics of their mom.
