OSWEGO COUNTY — A spooky night of fun will help bring a little extra brightness to Christmas for children in need across Oswego County.
Oswego County Children’s C Fund, Inc. is teaming up with Lighthouse Lanes for “Boo-ling for a Brighter Christmas” on Friday, October 16, from 7 to 9 p.m. The evening will feature two hours of cosmic bowling, Halloween fun and a costume contest, all while raising money to provide Christmas gifts for local children in need.
Lanes are available for $125 per lane, with space for up to six bowlers. The package includes two hours of cosmic bowling, shoe rental, one large pizza, 25 wings and a pitcher of soda.
Organizers are also adding a basketball raffle to the evening, giving participants another opportunity to have fun while supporting the Children’s Fund. Proceeds from the event and raffle will help make sure children throughout Oswego County experience the joy of receiving Christmas gifts.
“Boo-ling for a Brighter Christmas” will also feature a Halloween costume contest, so bowlers are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite spooky, silly or creative costumes.
Reservations are encouraged, as lane space is limited. To reserve a lane, scan the QR code on the event flyer which can be found on Oswego County Children’s Fund’s Facebook page or call Lighthouse Lanes at (315) 342-2695.
Bring your family and friends, put on your best costume, and enjoy a night of bowling, food, prizes and Halloween fun—all while helping local children have a brighter Christmas.
