BREWERTON – Did you know that Brewerton Elementary has been celebrating grandparents’ day for 40 years?

This time honored tradition continues to prevail and once again Brewerton pulled out all the stops for this year’s event.
Students were invited to submit their artwork for consideration to be included in the programs that were handed out to each visitor.
This year, Arieana Fenton and Gabriella Rabbia’s drawings were among those featured, and various other student projects were featured throughout the day.

All classes, from Universal Pre-K to fifth grade welcomed grandparents into the school to celebrate.
These esteemed guests enjoyed a day filled with special festivities, including craft projects, sing-a-longs, classroom plays, poetry readings, as well as various choral and band performances.
